One of the smallest growing dwarf Japanese maples it features a tightly layering habit which makes it an ideal choice for bonsai. The leaves are chartreuse yellow-green turning to a darker green in the summer, and yellow to orange in the fall. Tattoos are an excellent choice for containers, small spaces, or fairy gardens.
