Paperbark Maple – Acer Griseum

A handsome tree with superior branch structure, upright and uniform shape, outstanding  performance, speedy growth, and eye-appeal are among attributes of this cultivar that will lend interest to the landscape any time of the year. Cinnamon bark coloration and its exfoliating character as it peels away from the trunk  are outstanding, as is the quality of dark bluesish-green foliage that turns to bronze and brilliant red in the fall.  Staying  relatively small in size makes this tree perfect for small landscapes, as a specimen tree or woodland understory accent.
