Deciduous Shrubs – Roses

A Rose most fair and beautiful….

Drift roses are very compact to the ground shrubs only growing to about 1.5 feet tall and about 2.5 feet wide. A cross between full-size ground cover roses and miniature roses these gorgeous deciduous shrubs inherited their disease resistance, toughness, and winter durability from the former and their manageable workable size and repeat-blooming nature from the latter. Perfect for smaller gardens, spreading gently around established plants, in borders or along paths.

Easy to grow and maintain Knockout Roses will bloom from spring until frost and they are self-cleaning so there is no need to deadhead. These versatile roses, growing to 3 to 6 by 6 feet, are the most disease-resistant on the market so you can keep enjoying them year after year. For best performance, cut back every year.

For the best show of flowers and the healthiest plants, rose bushes should ideally receive six to eight hours of direct sunlight daily. Full sun means your roses should receive morning light. Roses are partial to good air circulation and they like rich and composted soil.
